This Company was originally formed in the year of 1970 as a Proprietorship firm in the name & style Messrs. MASOOD AND COMPANY having its registered office at 5, Gupibagh, 2nd. Lane, Dhaka-3 upto December, 1979. The firm undertook and completed huge construction works under various Government Departments and Autonomous Bodies.
As the volume of the work gradually increased it became necessary to transform this firm into a Limited concern as MASOOD AND COMPANY LIMITED having its registered office at 9/H, Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka-2, on the 18th of December, 1979 and the Company was registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies as a Private Limited Company. The Company, since then, was entrusted with the construction work of a spectrum of buildings and has successfully completed all of them with the entire satisfaction of the authorities concerned.
