This company was originally formed in the year of 1970 as a Proprietorship firm under the name & style of Messrs. MASOOD AND COMPANY. As the volume of the work gradually increased it became necessary to transform this firm into a Limited concern as MASOOD & COMPANY LIMITED on the 18th of December, 1979 and the Company was registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies as a Private Limited Company. The Company, since then, was entrusted with the construction work of a spectrum of buildings and has successfully completed all of them with the entire satisfaction of the authorities concerned.
MASOOD & COMPANY LIMITED with its Head office at “MCL POINT”, 20/C, Monipuripara, Sangsad Avenue, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka is managed by a group of qualified and experienced Engineers and Technicians who are toiling hard with untiring efforts to retain and promote its goodwill and reputation specially in the field of construction of High-rise building, Factory, Housing Colony, Highways, Multi-storied Building on turn-key basis. Beside this, Shaheed Jahangir Gate (3rd Gate) 4-Storied Annex Building of Hazrat Shahjalal (R) International Airport, Cargo Building at Hazrar Shahjalal (R) international Airport, Multi-storied Car Park at Hazrar Shahjalal (R) International Airport, Shaheed Suhrawardee Medical College at Shaheed Suhrawardee Hospital Campus, Dhaka and Bangladesh Public Service Commission Complex at Agargaon, Dhaka (1st Phase) are some of the most prestigious projects completed by this company. Recently the company completed 15th storied building for govt. Employees of Bangladesh Parliament secretariate of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka.
